Based in Canberra, Australia, Richard has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years, 20 plus years with Oracle database technologies. Richard has supported and diagnosed the performance of numerous highly secure, mission-critical, large-scale applications. In 2002, he became a member of the world-renowned Oracle OakTable Network and an Oracle ACE Director in 2008. Richard is a very popular speaker and regularly presents at conferences including Oracle OpenWorld, IOUG Collaborate, Hotsos Symposium, AUSOUG InSync, ODTUG Kscope, UKOUG Conference, E4 Enkitec Extreme Exadata Expo and Trivadis Performance Days. He is especially renowned for his research and knowledge of Oracle indexing structures, hosts an internationally acclaimed blog on Oracle Indexing and has developed in-depth seminars on Oracle Indexing Internals which he has presented in some 20 countries. In 2017 Richard started his own independent consulting and training business (www.richardfooteconsulting.com) and is planning on delivering his Oracle Index Internals training as a webinar in March 2019.

Stu has over 25 years E-Business Suite and Systems/Finance experience in a variety of roles including as a Business Applications Manager, Project Manager and Functional Consultant in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the Americas. Troy Anthony joined Oracle in 1995, and currently works from Australia having spent more than 12 years at Oracle headquarters in San Francisco. Mr Anthony was part of the team that developed continuous data services, fast application notification, load balancing advisory, and the initial development of grid infrastructure. Mr. Anthony works for Database Product Management. He is a JAPAC resource of ST Development responsible for aiding field staff in assisting customers in their transformation to autonomous computing. Mr Anthony’s previous responsibilities included the product management role for Application Continuity and he has acted in a similar role for Rapid Home Provisioning.
Scott clearly has a passion for Oracle APEX. In the time since he’s left Forms behind, he’s recorded a video series; written a book; trained developers around the country; answered forum questions from around the world; and written many posts on all things APEX, and some things jQuery. Scott’s been consulting with clients around Perth since 2000, enjoying his time with the Sage Computing crew for about a decade. He was recognised as an Oracle ACE in 2014 and he also loves science & astronomy, possibly a little too much.
