Biography

Mia Urman is an Oracle ACE and a world-class expert in Oracle Forms and ADF with over 18 years of experience presenting, supporting, training, and consulting Oracle products. In her seven years at Oracle Israel, Mia was both a senior support analyst and a product manager of Oracle Developer Suite, JDeveloper, and IAS technologies, as well as the lead trainer and pre-sale consultant for Oracle. She is the founder of Qesem Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that boasts an elite list of enterprise clients in the telecom, government, defense, and finance industries. While providing support, architecture design, and project development services to Qesem Consulting customers, Mia became intimately familiar with some of the leading challenges facing Oracle Forms/ERP clients and co-founded AuraPlayer, a development house providing solutions in the mobile, SOA, RPA, integration, auditing, and monitoring fields. AuraPlayer creates web services from Oracle Forms business logic that can be exposed and run from mobile, cloud computing, or SOA systems. Mia currently serves as AuraPlayer's CEO.
