Gavin is responsible for the Customer Success Services (CSS) business for Australia &
New Zealand. His organisation’s primary objective is to deliver the best cloud
experience and outcomes for Oracle customers. Oracle Customer Success Services
helps educate
customers through Oracle University, innovate their business with cloud service
adoption, support their implementations, and operate their critical environments (on
premises, cloud, hybrid, and multicloud). The mission of Oracle Customer Success
Services is to help customers efficiently achieve their transformational goals.
Gavin is dedicated to driving and executing a customer centric, services led strategy
that enables every customer and partner including Oracle’s largest enterprise global
clients to succeed by using Oracle technologies and solutions with full lifecycle offerings
and unified delivery and support, providing industry-leading expertise, responsiveness
and the highest customer satisfaction.
Gavin has over 30 years’ experience working in IT Sales and Delivery with Large and
Medium Enterprise Tier 1 and 2 customers spanning many industry verticals including
Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction, Utilities
and Life Sciences. Gavin has demonstrated expertise across the following key
disciplines namely Leadership, Business Strategy, Business Development, Consulting
and has a special focus on Managed Services, with a rare combination of commercial
and technical acumen being recognised frequently by customers and colleagues for the
services he provides
Gavin joined Oracle in 2007, prior to this role, Gavin was in Oracle’s Managed Services
business in various roles across ANZ and Asia-Pacific and before Oracle, Gavin had
roles in Sales, Delivery and Project Management in the Life Sciences and Consumer
Goods industries across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
