Chris is an Azure Cloud Solution Architect focussing on Data Platform, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the Microsoft Partner organization, Global Partner Solutions. He has over 30 years’ experience in the information systems industry, specializing in data platform’s, high availability and data warehouse design. Chris has been with Microsoft since 2016 working with Partners to enable them for Azure and digital transformation of their customers. Prior to working at Microsoft, Chris worked as an independent contractor at Origin Energy, and had a lengthy career at Oracle where he worked in Support and Technical Pre-Sales around the Oracle Database and associated technologies. Prior to that Chris worked as a Database and Systems Administrator with Oracle and Ingres on Unix platforms.
