I have always worked for Oracle Implementors (never for Oracle themselves). With the first one, they were EBS users and it was an added advantage to talk about the application from both the implementor and user dimensions. Now I work for an xxxxx, an implementor that was one of the first adopters of Fusion Apps. Not a single module, but full Finance and Procurement, PBCS, Core HR, Talent and Recruitment. This presentation will turn the tables a bit and give an honest appraisal of what I have found and ideas to capture some of that continuous improvement that Fusion delivers. How do the implementors take their user experience into their customer projects?
