Who We Are

The Australian Oracle User Group (AUSOUG) is a not-for-profit professional body representing over 2,500 IT professionals that work with Oracle products and technologies.  We advocate on behalf of our membership and promote knowledge and education through the delivery of content on a broad range of topics – including the latest products and releases, real-life user and implementation experiences, industry trends and best practices.  We hold face-to-face events across Australia and use technology to deliver webinars, presentations and an extensive library of white papers and documents to our members on-demand.

Internationally, AUSOUG runs jointly branded events with the Asia-Pac Oracle User Group (APOUG) and the Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG) across the Asia Pacific region.  We also have a partnership agreement with the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) that allows reciprocal access to content and events.

Finally, as we are an IT industry professional body, we also recommend that our Australian-based members check with their tax accountants to see if our membership fees can be claimed as a deduction.

Membership Plans

AUSOUG offer three types of membership for individuals.  The following tables compare these plans at a glance so you can clearly see what’s included and what’s not.  Once you’ve decided, simply add the desired plan to your shopping cart and go through the checkout – we accept PayPal and most major credit cards.  A tax receipt will be sent to your registered email address once the transaction has been completed.

AUSOUG also offer two types of corporate plan that allow you to enrol a number of your employees.  These plans represent amazing value for money and are a great way to provide benefits to you employees with minimal expense.  Corporate plans are ‘administered’ by the organisation so you can choose which employees become members.  Again, all our plans are available to buy on-line using a PayPal or a credit card and we can even issue an invoice if you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer.
