In this case study, we reimagine the classic time card as an APEX Microapp deployed in five different flavors: as a web app, as a native desktop app, in Slack (desktop & mobile), and as a chatbot on both SMS and Voice. This approach allows the application to utilize any channel to reach out and collect time from team members.
