Abstract:

With Oracle Digital Assistant(chatbots), you can develop and combine skills that can create a more natural conversational user interface, through text or speech, to your enterprise systems and perform valuable actions on behalf of your end users.

A Digital Assistant, like a chatbot, is a computer program designed to simulate a conversation with human users, especially over the Internet. End users can easily discover and connect to assistants through many of the popular messaging apps, without the need to individually download and install them from an app store. Digital Assistants have a distinct advantage over conventional device-resident Mobile Apps in many circumstances.

Speaker Bio:

Franco Ucci has been in the IT Industry for over 30 years, using Oracle since 1987. Since 1989, Franco has held various positions in Oracle Corporation from being a Technical Consultant through to his current position, of Oracle Cloud Platform Strategy, Senior Director for Australia, where he helps drive Adoption of Digital Models utilizing Data and APIs via Cloud Based Solutions.

Franco enjoys using MVP and Fail Fast Techniques, helping organizations visualize and realize business benefits, combining the above Business Technologies, with Cloud and On Premise Applications.
