From Chatbots to Digital Assistants with Oracle.
A presentation by Franco Ucci
Where: Oracle office, Adelaide
When: Thursday July 11 at 4:00 p.m.
With Oracle Digital Assistant(chatbots), you can develop and combine skills that can create a more natural conversational user interface, through text or speech, to your enterprise systems and perform valuable actions on behalf of your end users.
A Digital Assistant, like a chatbot, is a computer program designed to simulate a conversation with human users, especially over the Internet. End users can easily discover and connect to assistants through many of the popular messaging apps, without the need to individually download and install them from an app store. Digital Assistants have a distinct advantage over conventional device-resident Mobile Apps in many circumstances.
Franco will show and discuss:
– how a chatbot can be easily built
– live customer Digital Assistant/Chatbot examples
– product roadmap
