The Cotton On Implementation Story: How Oracle HCM Cloud enabled Cotton On to globalise their business by Richard Atkins Cotton On are Australia’s largest global retailer, with over 22,000 employees across 18 countries. Cotton On Group consists of 7 brands: Cotton On Clothing, Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body, Typo, Supre, Factorie and Rubi and their Headquarters are just outside Melbourne, Australia. In 2019 Cotton On engaged in an ambitious programme of work to replace their disparate ageing HR systems with a single global HR Solution supported by a standard global set of processes. Cotton On selected Oracle HCM Cloud as the solution to deliver their vision of globalisation and KPMG as their implementation partner. This is the story of how, over a two year period, Cotton On globalised their HR processes, reduced their recruitment costs and elevated the end user experience using Oracle HCM Cloud.
