This page allows you to enter your registration details and pay for the AUSOUG Connect 2018 Conference Perth or Melbourne attendence. Please enter your details clearly and correctly in order to support the registration process. Upon completion of these details you will be redirected to an online secure payment service hosted by SecurePay to pay for attendance at this year's conference.

All details submitted on this page will be treated in accordance with the AUSOUG privacy policy.

The Registration Form becomes a Tax Invoice for GST on completion and payment. A separate Tax Invoice will not be issued unless requested. Please keep a copy for your records.

Registration and Payment:

Please note the following registration and payment points:

  • You need to be a member to enjoy the benefits of the education and training provided at a member rate. However non-members are also encouraged to attend. All non-members who register will automatically receive a 12 month Individual Membership subscription with their registration fee. Special arrangements are available for Students to foster their knowledge of Oracle and its changing opportunities.
  • Early Bird discounted fees apply until 26 October 2018.
  • The online payment service accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex only.
  • All costs listed are per person.
  • AUSOUG reserves the right to cancel a payment and refund monies to the sum not used by the paying delegates.
  • All delegates must be current financial members of AUSOUG. Annual AUSOUG Membership fees must be paid for each non-member/expired member delegate.
  • All prices are stated in Australian Dollars [$AUD] and include 10% GST. Payments must be made in Australian Dollars.
  • AUSOUG prefers registrations to be made via the secure on-line service, especially for all credit card transactions.
  • No half day registrations are available due to catering arrangements and other cost factors. Admission is by name badge generated from the accounting system. Please settle accounts prior to attendance at the conference. Any substitutions for attendance must be notified so that a suitable name badge can be generated prior to the conference.
  • Shared Registrations will only be permitted if pre-arranged with the Conference Manager. ALL names and who they are sharing with, must be lodged at least a week prior to the Conference being attended, to ensure name badges are produced. Only one person at a time can be in attendance at the conference per shared registration. This will be closely monitored through a sign-in / sign-out form at the registration desk.
  • Speakers cannot submit abstracts or papers via this system.
  • Confirmed speakers attend at no charge.
  • Speaker Registration. Speakers will only be able to register as a Speaker once their presentation/s have been accepted.
  • The email address of the AUSOUG Connect 2018 Conference Series is for all enquiries.
  • Cancellations of registration must be received in writing no later than 28 October 2018. Monies paid will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of $100. No monies will be refunded for notice of cancellation after that date. At all times, however, substitute delegates are welcome upon written advice to the AUSOUG Secretariat.
