After 34 years of servicing Oracle Users in Australia, AUSOUG today announces its 2016 conference series.  With a balanced program of real world user presentations, Oracle updates and announcements, the Connect 2016 series provides the only unbiased, collaborative forum for Oracle users to share, learn and explore the changing opportunities available from Oracle and its partners this year.

These events will provide you with an unprecedented opportunity to gain detailed knowledge and skills, covering Oracle’s latest announcements from Open World 2016, 12c Database new features, Cloud based services and practical training, plus much more.
 
The AUSOUG Connect 2016 Conferences have a focus on bringing together our Oracle community, and servicing their core technical, development and applications needs through presentations and training.  A balanced program is aimed at all levels of skill and experience within a forum of User led independent knowledge sharing.

You will hear from renowned international and Australian speakers who will be headlining our Oracle User Group conference program in Victoria and Western Australia; including Oracle ACE’s, International visionary leaders and Oracle Beta Program participants.

Presenters and vendors will share with attendees the 'must-know' insights and experiences on trending Oracle products.  We will provide sessions that explore Oracle’s and its competitors Cloud solutions, highlighting opportunities and pitfalls that face organisations as they venture into a services based procurement model and away from the traditional internal controls.

You do need to be a member to enjoy the benefits of the education and training provided at a member rate. However non-members are also encouraged to attend.  All non-members who register at the two day rate will automatically receive a 24 month Individual Membership subscription with their registration fee.  Special arrangements are available for Students to foster their knowledge of Oracle and its changing opportunities.

AUSOUG, Australia's largest independent Oracle User Group, has been delivering services and information to Oracle practitioners for over 34 years.  It continues to provide relevant, topical and up-to-date information to its members with national meetings, delivered online and face-to-face.  AUSOUG provide member services through our conferences, State Branch meetings, regular e-communications highlighting specific and beneficial events, a highly respected annual printed magazine 'Foresight' and its sister publication 'Foresight Online'.

Members (including our Partners) engage with and share their knowledge with other Oracle users in an unbiased unimpeded environment.  Our vendor partners help us in the delivery of the information, but do not own the group.   We remain unbiased and independent, only ensuring our members have access to the latest information to help them in their work.
