The AUSOUG East Coast Connect 2016 Conference Melbourne is being held from Thursday 10 - Friday 11 November 2016 at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne.

You may pre-register until 5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 8 November 2016. Any registrations submitted after that date will not be processed until commencement of the conference.

Onsite registration commences 8.00am on Thursday 10 November 2016.

You can register to attend either for the full two days or for one day.

► Early Bird Discounted Fee

The Early Bird discounted fee saving you at least $75pp ends on Friday 23 September 2016.

► Group Rate*

Group rates apply if three (3) or more employees from the same organisation register and pay at the same time.

► Day Registrations

Day rates apply for individuals who elect to attend either the first or second day of the conference.

► Shared Registrations

Shared Registrations will only be permitted if pre-arranged with the Conference Manager. ALL names and who they are sharing with, must be lodged at least a week prior to the Conference being attended, to ensure name badges are produced. Note: If two or more people share the one registration then only one conference satchel will be issued. Only one person at a time can be in attendance at the conference per shared registration. This will be closely monitored through a sign-in / sign-out form at the registration desk.

► Speaker Registrations

All speakers are required to be registered to attend. Speakers will receive a two day registration to the Melbourne conference if their presentation is accepted. All accepted Speakers must register to attend after they have been accepted. Final acceptance will be dependent on the registration of all presenters (except for keynote and invited speakers).

 Registration for Non-Members

You do need to be a member to enjoy the benefits of the education and training provided at a member rate. However non-members are also encouraged to attend.  All non-members who register at the two day rate will automatically receive a 24 month Individual Membership subscription with their registration fee.  Special arrangements are available for Students to foster their knowledge of Oracle and its changing opportunities.

► How to Pay

There are two payment options, EFT (preferred method) or cheque:

1. Direct Deposit into the AUSOUG Bank is the preferred method. Details are provided on the Registration form.

2. Cheques must be made in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to "AUSOUG". 

Credit card payment is unavailable.

Posted registration forms must have accompanying cheques. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

► Optional Extras

Extra Tickets to the Networking Function on conclusion of the first day are $45.00 pp (inc GST). This applies if you are not registered to attend the conference.

The Conference Dinner will be held in a 'to be advised' venue from 7.00pm on Thursday 10 November.  Bookings are required and an additional fee of up to $100 will be charged.  These details will be confirmed soon.

► Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of registration must be received in writing no later than 28 October 2016. Monies paid will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of $100. No monies will be refunded for notice of cancellation after that date. At all times, however, substitute delegates are welcome upon written advice to the AUSOUG Secretariat.
