Members can click to download and complete a registration form. This Registration Form becomes a Tax Invoice for GST on completion and payment. A separate Tax Invoice will not be issued (unless asked for). Please keep a copy for your records. Members should either fax the completed form or scan and email it to the Conference Secretariat with details of your payment.

The WA Conference is being held from 6-7 November 2014 at the Mercure Perth Hotel.

You may pre-register until 5.00pm (AEST) on Thursday 30 October 2014. Any registrations submitted after that date will not be processed until commencement of the conference.

Onsite registration commences 8.00am on Thursday 6 November 2014.

You can register for either the full two day conference (including the reduced fee rate until 30 September); or for one day.

Group Rate

Group rates apply if three (3) or more employees from the same organisation register and pay at the same time.

Day Registrations

Day rates apply for individuals who elect to attend either the first or second day of the conference.

Shared Registrations

Shared Registrations will only be permitted if pre-arranged with the Conference Manager. ALL names and who they are sharing with, must be lodged at least a week prior to the Conference being attended, to ensure name badges are produced. Note: If two or more people share the one registration then only one conference satchel will be issued. Only one person at a time can be in attendance at the conference per shared registration. This will be closely monitored through a sign-in / sign-out form at the registration desk.

Speaker Registrations

All speakers are required to be registered to attend. Speakers will receive a two day registration to the WA Event if their presentation is accepted. All accepted Speakers must register to attend after they have been accepted. Final acceptance will be dependent on the registration of all presenters (except for keynote and invited speakers).

All prices are per person in Australian dollars and GST inclusive.

How to Pay

Payment can be made by EFT, cheque or credit card. Cheques must be made in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to "AUSOUG". ABN 49 111 199 636. Credit card payment is acceptable by Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Please note that faxed and emailed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card. Posted registration forms must have accompanying cheques or credit card details. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Optional Extras

Extra Tickets to the Networking Function on conclusion of the first day are $50.00 pp (inc GST). This applies if you are not registered to attend the conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of registration must be received in writing no later than 24 October 2014. Monies paid will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of $100. No monies will be refunded for notice of cancellation after that date. At all times, however, substitute delegates are welcome upon written advice to the AUSOUG Secretariat.
