Oracle Cloud has evolved at an incredible pace with new services, features being launched every week and has received very positive response from customers, partners, and analysts. Join the session for an overview of Oracle’s Cloud Strategy and service offerings. This session will also include latest updates to the cloud offerings and real use cases addressing business problems in today’s challenging world.

Aamer graduated with honors in Business Computing from a reputable University in UK and has over 17 years experience with Oracle solutions. He started his professional career with an Oracle Partner as a Technical Consultant focused on project delivery. Over the years, he has worked with Telecom Companies and managed DBA operations team responsible for business critical OLTP and data warehousing applications.
Aamer has recently joined Oracle Australia from EMEA region, where he played a key role in driving oracle cloud adoption. Aamer is very passionate about technology in general and outcomes it delivers for the business. His focus areas are Oracle Cloud Solutions (PaaS, IaaS, DBaaS), Database Security and Database innovations. He has also successfully completed TOGAF and multiple oracle certifications.

Michael is a senior member of the Oracle Asia Pacific Engineered Systems and Strategic Solutions team. He has more than 21 years experience in the information systems industry, of which 19 years is with Oracle Corporation across Australia and Asia Pacific.
Michael has held other roles within the company, where he focused on technology consulting and implementation services in large, global projects for Oracle across the telecommunications, financial services, and government sectors. In these roles, he has been instrumental in meeting the business needs of customers through innovative software solutions. In his previous role, Michael was the Oracle Customer Services Director for National Australia Bank.
With a strong focus on ICT strategy and architecture, Michael is engaged on many critical and key customer projects throughout Oracle Australia.
