Presentation 1)  De-slothing your Oracle application

Scott has tamed stubborn slow applications and massive databases over 25+ years to make them screaming fast.  He will walk us through some of his performance tuning challenges and how he overcome them.  SQL, PLSQL, ApEx and data design.  Mainly OLTP systems with a bit of data warehouse thrown in for fun.  Focused on software developers but also of interest to DBAs.

Presentation 2) Developing cross platform native apps

Scott will review some non-Oracle provided technologies for building cross platform applications for Windows, OSX, iOS and Android connecting to Oracle and other databases.
