Exhibition

The exhibition area is central to the conference and will be used for activities including: Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and on conclusion of the first day, the Welcome Reception. All exhibitors will be afforded maximum exposure to delegates through these daily breaks in their 3m x 2m booths. But you need to book early as booth space is limited.

To encourage maximum visitation to all booths - delegates are issued with a special "Passport" that needs to be hole punched by all the exhibiting companies, to be eligible for them to win a PRIZE at the end of each conference. Exhibiting companies will be issued with the hole punches.
