There are clearly two major reasons
for attending this year's AUSOUG conferences: The outstanding
quality and quantity of education sessions; and the practical
information available.
We promise an abundance of both and
challenge you to find a better program outside of Oracle's OpenWorld
in the US. A brave statement you may think, but look at the program
of speakers and training sessions below and I am confident you will
agree, AUSOUG - OAUG's 2008 conferences cannot afford to be
missed.

Oracle ACEs and Oracle ACE Directors are
known for their strong credentials as Oracle community evangelists
and technical educators, with candidates nominated by anyone in the
Oracle technical community. The baseline requirements are the
same for both designations; however, Oracle ACE Directors meet a
higher level of expectation in terms of community activity.
Come and hear them during a panel session
along the lines of the "So you want to be an Oracle ACE?" as
presented at the Oracle OpenWorld in
2007.
Both Perth and Gold Coast will stage an
exhibition during each conference.
For a full list of vendors that will be
there to offer you products and services visit www.ausoug.org.au/2020/sponsors.html
If you are attending the Gold Coast
conference and you are not a local, then you will probably need to book accommodation.
Special rates have been negotiated at the conference venue Conrad
Jupiters but you will also have access to other venues nearby.
