Interface, called My Oracle Support, will provide additional

problem resolution, preventive and proactive support, increased
personalization and a simplified user experience.
Topic 2: Configuration Management within
My Oracle Support (formerly Software Configuration
Manager)
During this session the audience will
learn how to prevent problems before they occur! Optimize
systems based on the latest Oracle knowledge and best
practices! Resolve Service Requests faster! This session will
concentrate on the preventive and proactive capabilities available
to users via the configuration manager while introducing Oracle's
new User Interface, called My Oracle Support.
