Topic 1:  Experience the Next Generation of MetaLink: My Oracle Support

During this session the audience will be introduced to the new user-friendly, easy to navigate web portal based on Adobe Flash 9 technology. This session will cover Oracle's improved Service Request management, along with improved Knowledge Management and Guided Search capabilities. Oracle's new User Interface, called My Oracle Support, will provide additional personalized support capabilities for users in terms of: faster problem resolution, preventive and proactive support, increased personalization and a simplified user experience.

Topic 2: Configuration Management within My Oracle Support (formerly Software Configuration Manager)

During this session the audience will learn how to prevent problems before they occur!  Optimize systems based on the latest Oracle knowledge and best practices!  Resolve Service Requests faster! This session will concentrate on the preventive and proactive capabilities available to users via the configuration manager while introducing Oracle's new User Interface, called My Oracle Support.
